Liz Plail believes that every client is unique and deserves a personalized treatment plan. She uses clients’ existing strengths, values and resources in a creative way to help them achieve the outcomes they desire. In addition to CBT, ACT and Brief Solution Focussed Therapy, Liz offers Nature, Animal, Art and Play Therapy (yes adults play too!) as tools for positive outcomes. These are in line with evidence-based practices. Progress is regularly reviewed to ensure that clients are getting the most effective treatment possible

Physiotherapist
John has worked in England as a Clinical Lead -Senior physiotherapist & Orthopaedic practitioner for 15 years at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS trust – working in orthopaedic clinics, pain management and managing physiotherapy services in acute and primary care .
He has completed his PG certificate in physiotherapy & Masters in injection therapy at Coventry University, England – 2007.
Since 2016 John has been qualified as a Non Medical prescriber from Birmingham city University .
Out of work he enjoys music and plays the drums, guitar & keyboard. He also loves outdoor games & travelling.

Amy Mckinley
Dietician
Amy is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Provisional Sports Dietitian. She strives to provide evidence-based and individualised nutrition advice that enables clients to optimise their health and wellbeing.
Amy’s professional interests include:

Outside of work she enjoys running, spending time with friends and family, travelling and attending sporting events.
